What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Transactions on our site are secured via encryption (up to 256-bit SSL) ensuring your personal information such as your name, address and credit card details are entirely safe.
Will I be charged tax?
HST is applied to products going to the following destinations in Canada: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. If your location is outside of Canada, you are liable for any applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

Who will deliver my order in Canada?
Orders with delivery addresses in Canada will be shipped via Canpar. Please note: Canpar cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you wish to have your parcel delivered to a P.O. Box, please select Canada Post for shipping.
Who will deliver my order outside of Canada?
Orders with international delivery addresses will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and DHL.
How much will I pay for shipping?
The price of delivery is calculated at checkout. Mailing costs and delivery times vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has left the Halfpenny Postage HQ (Toronto, Canada).
What if my order gets lost or stolen in transit?
Halfpenny Postage is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to our headquarters in Toronto. All fees incurred to re-ship undelivered packages back to you from our headquarters will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I become a stockist?

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are offered on all purchases that are returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with intact packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Please email returns@halfpennypostage.comwith your details, including proof of purchase if you would like to return your item(s), and we will provide you with the details of how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that are damaged in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement with photographic proof of damage.
